Thanks, Alan.  Partly the biking.   That and just eating better....  Even though I work out a couple days a week, I am slowly losing muscle.  I guess I just try to slow down the loss.   Knees like me being a bit lighter.

Just converted that 25lb loss to kg's, and "WOW" that's 11.3398kg's in my speak, was that because of your recent Bike Riding exploits ???  :-)

Thanks, Pat and Alan.  Yup Pat, about 25 pounds.  Alan, I do like fours and threes.   And this one fingers pretty good for a fretless.

Yep!, good rescue by the Mellow Fellow dressed in Yellow, it's got all the elements I like in a CBG, 3 Strings, Fretless and Mag Pup,  :-)
