Inspirational! Man thats pretty cool!

I too would like to see some tips on how the "collaboration" portion was done. I have seen some tips on this and have some ideas, but have no experience, so I would love to see some tips and description on what you learned along the way doing this project.

For example:

I reckon a "count in" on the track to synch to, and you post a file and I mess with it and then we have two options, I can post my file, with the same count in for synching, or I can post a file of my mix. I like the first method because then someone else can take those files and see what they come up with.......

So heres an idea I have been wanting to try.....

I post a backing track file for everyone to use. Jam along and see what happens. Those who record can post their results. But heres the clincher. I want to hear what comes into your head with no influence from hearing anyone elses recording! So we have to set a post date or something. Doest need to be a contest or anything, The competitive side of me is ugly. Prefer to suppress that.

Any thoughts on this anyone? Sound like fun? Any input or ideas on how to do it? I am thinking maybe theres a way to start a group for this and set responses to require approval and set an approval date..... I think we can do that here. Anyone know for sure?
