Good and sad story, Smoothead.  And he sure looked like a classic  blues man.  Wonderful art.

Oh yes indeed...... a great job. Some fine droning blues there!

(Still keep expecting you to break into Electric Eye or Painkiller, though!)

Hello Uncle John

Al portraits are my work (oil on canvas). You are the first who ask me for the man behind my left shoulder.

He's my good friend, unfortunately died 2007 in my country - hometown (Croatia-Rijeka) He was one of the last first generation bluesers...more:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Ricks

Last years of his life he lived in my hometown and his last wish was to be burried there.

I played harmonica with him several times, he called me HARMONICA MAN :))

He dyed from brain cancer and this painting i made for his recovery and hospital costs, because he haven't social security...nothing. All bluesers and artists from Croatia organized humanitary concerts and exhibitions to help Jerry. From 2007 in my hometown we organize big international blues concert in his honour...Kastav Blues Festival. I hope that Jerry is somewhere smiling and tapping his foot.

More of my portraits and arts you can see at:

Thnx for comments

Lord, Lord that is some lay me down fine tone and playing.  I need to hear you better, but I think I like your version as well as the Wolf's.

Cool portraits behind you.  Who is behind your left shoulder?

Ok, in next song the voice will be on higher level :))

Everything is recorded live with sony camera and it's very hard to make good sound.

Thnx on advice.

As wes says, very nice. Is there any way of bringing the volume of your voice up a bit? It would be great to hear your singing a bit more. Very enjoyable.
