Bear. I’ve suffered back pain since I turned 20. I’ve learned how to manage it without drugs over the years. Now at 74 i’m Almost without it. I swimm about 30 minutes a day, seven days a week. Not strenuous swimming, just bobbing along.it causes a little belly crunch that strengthens my diaphragm. That helps keep my back stronger. I can’t walk well with a bad foot, so the swim does that for me. I sauna too and eat good food. I lost 50 lbs. doing this. I’ve gained back about half that but now i’m Working that off eating right and doing longer swims. Hope you find peace. Get old like me.

Thanks Andries. I'll do what I can in the next few days to try and get a longer video put together. I think maybe I have been a bit remiss in not making long enough videos to properly show the tone of the guitar  I'll try and correct that my friends. :o)

To bad about the Pain Bear! will send some NO PAIN Vibes your way, Yep took me a long time to get it right seems simple but tricky ,and there far more ways than one to do it! But UJ is right, you are forgiven for reasons above for the short version! but we need lenghty material to enjoy that tone ! get well and bee hearing you!

Are we talking about Dani or the video Uncle John? "Darn good, but short" is a description I use of her often haha. Glad you like it Uncle John and thanks for the well wishes too.

Darn good, but short.  I wish your back pain a fast recovery.

Thanks Jason. Glad you like it. The back pain will likely be back to manageable levels in a few days so just parr for the course. Got this song stuck in my head and been singing it to Dani every time she tries going out to do the weekly shop. Almost 3pm and she's just left to get it done, assuring me that she's not going anywhere near New Orleans haha.
