Cheers John (Maw) I have another couple of videos up about this gig. The next one is set for 18th Oct and I think we have a few players coming along besides Barry and Jenny so I am hoping it will become a bit of a local fixture and hopefully lead to something new and exciting.  Too many pubs just put on music for Saturday night drunks to practice head banging!

Thanks all - we should have at least another two "members" at the next one and then hopefully word will spread.  That lounge bar is empty on Tuesdays because of the darts match in the other bar so they are happy the space is being used.

 

Shame my camera died before Jenny spotted the piano and we all did an acoustic version of summertime which was absolutely incredible! Maybe we'll repeat it sometime

That sounds great Brian, good luck with your new venture - will be amazing what comes out!  The music on this one has a really Jazzy feel but bluesy, Jenny's singing sounds excellent, best i've heard this year - you must let us have a proper look at her though...! (-;
