Hey Wes,

I hate to seem like a bother, but I can't seem to find any solid information about my build. What do you use as a rule for bridge/nut height? I have body guitar pretty much together, and plan on starting my build. I am using 25.5 scale from my telecaster, but I am stuck trying to figure out my bridge/nut height. I would appriciate any pointers you could give me.

Thanks again,
Dave

Hey Wes,

Thank you for the kind words, and offer to help me out. I am just getting geared up to make my first CBG, and any help would be great! I just moved to Greer about 3 months ago, and I am looking for a new project, so we will see how she goes! I was wondering, because you said you build and play, what books/dvds should I look into to learn about playing? I think I can get my build finished ok, (Hopefully), but I have no idea what to do after that. I played the 6 string in my younger days, mostly chords and scales, but I have never played slide or anything with 3 strings.

Thanks
Dave

Hi Wes
Well My Mic Squeals a bit too ...Nature of the Beast I suppose...
I'm Running it Str8 into a Fender Concert 60 W amp and can set it on about 3.
Decent volume... but there must be a way to shield the pup and decrease some feedback.
Let Me Know what you figure out.
THANKS
HI
