Acoustic stomp box instructions.

two double switch plate covers i like rigid plastic ones from home improvement stores.

beans, bb's, beads  what ever rattles best for the sound you like.

Duct tape color of your choice.

take the two plates and cover the holes up from inside with tape

fill the one plate just covering the whole inside of the plate  with beads etc..

place the other plate  on top of filled plate backs of switch plates facing each other

tape over the whole thing evenly.

place on floor and stomp away.

Pretty straight forward.
