Sometimes I use whatever strings I have kicking around, It's interesting to hear the difference with different guages. For these I'm using a bronze wound .40 or .42 (like a light guage "A" string, I think.), then another bronze wound .24 (G string) and a .16 (B).

- and I tune them to C-F-C. That seems to be my favorite setup configuration these days.
