just stopped at the post office.I
if I can keep the box to a certain size it would only be 80 dollars for shipping 10 dollars for packaging and 160 for the guitar total cost 250
The post office says about 187,,,,,the guitar is $160 and the packaging is $10....Total of $387. If you can find a less expensive way of shipping we can do it that way.
Please let me know ASAP.......PS thats with a 3 day delivery.
Just got off the phone with my regular shipper and I was told that they are not allowed to ship to Australia. I have to send it through the regular post office. I will get back to you later after I hear from them.

sorry to hear of your illness...those stents are great. met the man that invented them and he gave me a cigar box believe it or not.
if in fact you want to purchase one of my builds...that would be the first step. when you are comfortable with it and obviously feel confident in the workmanship ....we can discuss distributorship. I would charge you 150 plus shipping for the first one. i usually get 200 plus shipping for them. I am off to bed right now. its 1am here. talk tomorrow.
I was just sitting down to answer your first email and the second one popped up .
Yes I have been building high quality CBGs for over 2 years now and to this point have built and sold 161 of them. I have been on numerous TV show and in many more articles about my work in the newspapers and magazines. In fact, I was just notified on Sunday morning that Cottin Pickin Blues, my company has won an EMMY for a documentary that was done on us back in May of this year. Needless to say, my sales have gone through the roof. So yes, I build CBGs as well.
Gitty in mostly a supplier of parts to build CBGs. His forte is not selling guitars but rather selling the parts. He makes a decent guitar though.
Ours are high end and reasonably priced for the American market. We sell them at one price for piezo acoustic/electrics and another for the full blown magnetic pickups with tone and volume control. The piezos are the best sellers though, All of our builds are acoustic/electric. Please visit my website www.cottinpickinblues.com. You will find it very informative and you will see some of my builds. Also go to the PRESS menu and you can view the documentary that won the EMMY as well as other stories and TV interviews on my work.
One final thing .... if we can work something out with a purchase,....you might consider becoming a distributor in your country.
Hope to hear from you soon in an effort to begin a lasting and mutually rewarding relationship.
