"" its on PDF file is it not Free to the Public?" No.  I paid Shane for the PDF version of all three issues.  Definitely would have to be okay'd by him. The file is more than double the "paperclips" 7 MB limit."

The accessability of being able to build your own instrument the way you want it, and then play it in one day. And if it isn’t the way you want it, you can change it or start over and you’re not out much money. Plus there is a surprising emotional response from other people to home made instruments that actually make music.
