Bretz on February 5, 2022 at 3:06am: Yeah thought I would try something different to get the pup closer to the string..instead of a big square spacer I went with a rosewood post glued to the stick thru. The post does not touch the top so the only part that touches the top is the bridge...hoping for a better acoustic sound, in my mad thinking...lol. The pup surround is also rosewood with a thin brass top.
