Gitty kit - everything but the box. The fingerboard was a little narrower than the neck, so shaved the neck down a bit for a snug fit. Replaced the friction tuners with geared tuners. Fun to play!

Thanks Dave, and yes It does sound great and it's a cigar box! not a traditional ukulele body!
