Comment by BrianQ. on January 4, 2023 at 9:16am: I don’t think it matters, I’ve seen them from a foot to over 4 feet long? I built a 17.25” scale 7 stringer tuned C pentatonic for somebody using these plans? The strings I used were nylon instead of steel?
