This gal is light for her size. But it's one big heard. I'll try the mass increase by adding some metal. I think I have just the item. It has a great sustain already. The Echoy tin tone rings on for a long time. Thanks again Peter, Jim. Fun ideas.

What Jim says is true. They used to sell a piece of metal you could clamp to the headstock in order to increase sustain. It was called "Fatfinger" or something.

Love your ears Dave :) The headstock is maybe a little overwhelming... And the extra weight probably brings the instrument out of balance. But I like the general picture of the instrument a lot!
