I started my next build. 27" Baritone, acoustic/electric. will have electric delta w/ volume and tone, gitty 3 hole tailpiece. Maple neck and oak fretboard. This will be my first baritone. looking forward to this. Not sure if I will put springs in it for the acoustic effects. I like springs to be honest. Any thoughts on the springs in a box with an electric pick up? Thanks for looking.

Thanks UJ and Dave.  I plan on using the 6,5,4 low to high, strings from 6 pack. Not really decided gauges yet. From what I have been reading, regular strings should be fine. I appreciate input, thanks.

I don't know about the springs. Nice design. I like long scale for slide. Easier to sound good. I wonder if you can use regular strings.
