1938 Pa. truck plate made at the Huntingdon State Prison, Pa. and the first year to use the states outline. Old man across the road dug it out of his shed and gave it to me. Real steel no tin shit like todays plates.

Nice- some of those older plates also had nice proportions in my opinion(not so long)
