Thanks John! I took this with my phone. I love that phone. :-) The rock is one of the ones around our front flower bed and it just looked like the most interesting. From the hole, it seems to be river rock.

It's just plain old red oak I got at home depot. Stained it with minwax antique red wood stain before finishing it with tung oil. Really like how it turned out.
