!/4 plywood makes a very nice sounding box. Im not sure why I think maybe because it is light.

Although that adjustable bridge is a great idea, it is distracting from the country aesthetic. Possibly a removable Fender style ashtray cover plate can hide that. Aged metal patina? The bridge is very nice too.
