Pizzicasso Bass Body

The finger rest is an interesting exotic veneer, which my brother found in a cabinet shop. I cut it to "violin" shape. A brass angle bracket fit it nicely. The Cuesta Rey "Ambassador" box had no clasps. I added these hasps. After the box was bolted closed, they have little function. I use 'em to hold plectrums - but play finger-style. They usually stay in place.
