Thanks guys! Yup, my first try. I used a router, the only way to do it really. I made on for my Dremel flex shaft. If you look thru my photos, you will see photos of the tools I made for inlay. I based the design on the Stew Mac router, mine is not as slick, but it does the job (I'm sure JUJU could build a better version).

Very nice! I'm just looking round to see how to do this sort of thing. Do you have to use a router or can you do it with just a chisel?
