thanks guys, I agree with you on the headstock John ,I'll sort it when I change the strings for a decent set . BTW I think that Build Stop research sample you sent me was a little too potent ..

It was hard work re-learning ...

Jabes, this pic went by on the main page and just about took my breath away.  That is classic, classy warm and wonderful.  Great job especially on the Jabe-burst finish.     I like the tele style bar, the chicken head controls, the hard tail, and boxed humbucker.  

The only thing I would consider changing would be to darken the head stock - and that might be a mistake.

Good birding here this early summer, Jabes.  Saw 27 species on day.  Saw a pileated woodpecker for the first time and a yellow headed blackbird for the second time.   Have a good summer, my friend.
