Now that's funny Pick! What an imagination you have there. Spidy has met his match! Arch enemy Rocket Bike Man powered by maximum Areshole Amp boosters and an attitude because of a bad back, seems to have a lazer beam blasting Spidy's only known weak spot!

I like air bike! A couple good ideas there. The stair step one I'd probably fall backwards. Now walking down the bed is a good idea, that would stretch the back and drive the wife crazy. Ha!

I find stand on the balls of your feet hanging your heel off the edge of stair
then stay put, but walk your hand out up the stairs until you stretch.
or hang from a door pillar is good too. I also walk my feet down to the end of the bed when lying down in bed, that works too. I know that feeling :>'
or perhaps its a good air bike? (bit like an air guitar?)

Ha! Indeed! This is a stationery bike! A few years later someone tried adding wheels and gears, the rest is history! Buggy, this is the best device I've found for lower back pain. Same concept as inversion, separates discs in back to allow oxygen. Still figuring out a way to make a one string lap Diddley out of it!
