Got the nut and saddle made, got the frets in and a rough dress. MUCH more resonant than the old box.

The box is not too big.  Yeah.  Looks good, but dirty might look even better to a strange old dude like me.

It's a Soprano scale length, Uncle John. 13 5/8" The box might be a touch big for a Soprano but when I strung her up last night I was very pleased with how it sounded. The box was a buck so...  It needs some final fitting on the nut and saddle, wire it up, and maybe a coat or two of shellac so the kids don't get it too dirty. Or not...dirty's cool too.
