A TOUGH man , was auld Hector. He could kill a man at 10 paces (but flatulence was his nemesis, as well as his weapon of choice!).

Don, ma man, I can DRAW ma social security, and that's about it !! LOL.
Its commisioned pedestrian tunnel (underpass) art, in town of Milngavie (pronounce "Milllguy"), about 6 miles outside Glasgow town centre. See blue circle bottom right.
Thye asked me if thet could they use an old picture of Greatx3 Granda Hector. Ah said "yes", as ah saw the possibility of a photo shoot!
