Uncle John, it forces me to He more organized than I would have been years ago. But that’s good, because with my very limited vision, I need to stay organized or I lose stuff. I’m working my way through as much of the project as possible that will need the milling machine, then I’ll remove two screws and stow it, and put my inch by thirty belt sander and mini vacuum dust collector in it’s place to profile the neck and whatnot.

That takes dedication.  Pretty good mini-setup.

Good use of kitchen space I'd say!

Yup, divorced and living in a studio apartment, just me and my guide dog. (I’m legally blind). The top of that serving cart was previously a junk catcher anyway, and since it’s that kinda funky Chinese butcher block wood, isn’t a great food surface. So I didn’t sweat drilling a few holes to mount the miter box, milling machine, or a small wooden vise I use for small stuff like bridges, each with drywall screws I can easily remove when I need the space, or when stowing stuff between builds.

I’m guessing you’re single, or soon to be? If not, you’ve got a good wife! There’d be a real big fight if I set up shop in the kitchen! Great improvisation of space tho, lots of luck to ya :D
