Thanks! I've had no problems dialing in different sounds with the on board, 4 band-EQ and preamp. I was going to use a piezo, but Hollowbelly guided me away from that decision.

PS - I'm now offering preamps bridges like the one shown in this (and my other) pictures. Message me if interested.

I'd like to hear it if possible...because of the pick up placement. Been thinking of the same placement, but don't wanna ruin a box if I don't like the sound...
