Endpin

And I just remembered that in my mom's barn is the old replica Scottish claymore that my brother and I used damn near kill each other with. It's similar to this picture but with a nice crusty patina. I'm going to dig that out of the barn and use the hilt and about a foot of the blade as my endpin. Oh, did I mention this is going to be an upright bass?
