Yeah, a screwdriver is definitely required for tuning, although for the top two it is more of a lock than required for tuning. The bottom two bolts unfortunately aligned evenly so there isn't the friction of the other two.

Nice -- I've done a CBB with eyebolt tuners, too: my son tunes with a screwdriver in hand for leverage.
