Top side. The lid is screwed onto the body insert. This way, if I need to get to ANY electronics, all i have to do is take the neck off and take the back off. Easy easy.

The two switches on the top right control the bridge and neck pups. Up is humbucker, middle is off and down is single. The two pots on the right are tones for the bridge and neck and the one on the left is the blender (Volume is not shown but is to the left of the blender.

The interior is solid pine as its still strong enough but lighter than oak or ash.
