We are fortunate enough to have an IKEA 15 minutes from my house.
Sorry for assuming you were in the US. Lowes is a big hardware chain. lowes.com I think the grommets were listed on their website as well

I found these strainers from local shopping center, IKEA is that shop name and they are also in USA. http://www.ikea.com/

Three Fork Guitar, ("1 inch inner diameter brass grommets") you find those rings from Lowes ? I am looking those every web shop in Finland, not find yet.

I didn´t know at "Lowes" is a shop.

I have only drive Lowes Nascar oval track, with PC-driving simulation games like Nascar 2003 Season or rFactor..... and of course i have #48 Jimmy Johnsson Scalextric slotcar with Lowes decals :D

I've got a few of those curtain rod ones that I decided not to use after reading bad about them on here. I've got some just under 1 inch inner diameter brass grommets - think I got them at Lowes.

Where did you get these strainers?

Inner diameter is about 36mm ( box hole size is 36mm where these goes with metal net ), outer is 44,6mm. Metal ring body diameter is 1,6mm.

I´m looking a little smaller rings, but i only found plastic rings what they use in curtain rod. Boat blanket rings are metallic but quite small.

what's the inner and outer diameter on those rings? I've been looking for a decent ring for a few months now
