Made from a jewelry box given to me by a guy whose name I can't remember. It has been sitting in my stack of boxes for 4 years. His hobby was finding old boxes in thrift shops, sanding them down and refinishing them. He would give them as gifts.

The neck is taken from a tourist model uke we got when we went to Hawaii. I replaced the finger board with proper fret spacing for a 13" scale length. I might have to lower the frets a little to be easier to play.

Thanks!  I had fun building it.  It is for my grand daughter for Christmas.
