Thank you for the comments.  Not that hard to do.  Rough cut on a scroll saw, to get the different depths I use a dremel tool with a precision router base, from Stewart Macdonald, attached.  This router base is a great tool. Then it is a matter of sitting around the camp with sandpaper, some mini files and patience.
