After experimenting with Michael Gajeski's Bridge Idea, i started brainstorming other ways to accomplish an adjustable bridge and it led to this.

It could actually look photo-real if I spent any time on it. I do 3d animation for a living.....

Google Sketchup is free, and pretty intuitive. It's well worth a look if you wanted to play with building in 3d, and is capable of doing most of what I've done here.

you could pull the strings through the guitar's top. that would eliminate any shearing forces from the strings pulling at the bridge. I like this idea.

If a small circular washer is glued to the bottom of each nut, giving it more surface space then I think it would work. For an example, see the "feet" of my "pigcolator" bridge.

I think it could be constructed almost as quick as it takes to cut down a tele/strat bridge like some do. I would build my piexos into the bridge base like I do with my Pig-cups too.
