Thats right boy's and girl's it is a 6-string.You know like a 12-string only three sets of two strings tuned to open G.It am so happy with the sound it just rings just like the 12-stringers.I have had this on the drawing board for over a year.You wont find many I know mr.Shain had one I saw it.This has a natural disstortion I don't know how I did it???It has a 35mm piezo right on the under side of the tin top reso.Sounds real strong.The tail piece is a draw pull every thing else hand made,ash neck,tooth pick frets,and cherry head.The photos don't do it justice.It turned out pretty.I will try to get a sound clip on soon.I don't play too good but you gotta hear it.Thanks for looking and have a blessed day.
