That's an early 60's Decca (remember the record company?). Guess they needed to sell instruments too. I found her at a storage building sell off about 30 years ago, even came with the hardshell case. She was converted to fretless before I picked her up, but she plays awesome. Just about time for some new pots though. The originals are about shot.
