it works great I just got it from musicians friend last week,it was the $29.95 model,But it really seems to add to the sound Befor I was using the cigarbox stomping it ,It has some bells on a coat hanger and 2 rattles screwed in the lid,then a small block of  foam to give it a little spring it,it sounds like a high hat sort of,but it needed some more thump,it was not good by itself,I ordered the bass pedal and tried it with a plastic suitcase and its not bad,Im still trying to learn how to keep time with the 2 but it has some potential for busking.

How do you like that pedal? I was just looking at one on Musician's Friend for the same purpose.
