My first build, couldn't wait to build one so used a box I made for something else and put a neck in it
26" scale
Neck 40x40mm Staircase spindle
Fret board some kind of medium hardwood
Magnetic pickup from China.

Yep, I've tried it with some cord and I'm now making a slim leather strap for it.
