Talking of aluminium...

Neck is made from ali T section with mahogany quarter sections. Bugger to fret it, but it sounds cool, real clear. Pup is the first Area 51 off Bob Harrisons Steampunk winder :o)

garage hermit--that is very nice and unusual thanks for posting pics.just yesterday i had a piece of aluminum from the inside of a black angus sandwich grill, looking at how a neck will attach to it,now i know i am going to build it cause your build inspired me.
