Diane no worries about the delay, great art takes time. you may not know this but before I was a navy sailor and a nurse I got my bfa in fine arts. I was a painter, so I never push the creative process it takes the time it takes and out here time is about all we have a surplus of. Thanks again

When I tried calling the VA some months back I couldn't find the right person (as in one that would tell me whatever I needed to be told to make it happen). Any ideas?

Or you can be the gatekeeper and match up builders with soldiers and their APO addresses. Whatever makes you comfortable, but right now we've got more instruments and builders than we've got takers.
