Since I've contracted this incureable disease, cigarboxbuildingites, which seems common on this forum. I've been wondering something. How many of you actually smoke cigars? What's your favorite brand, size, nation of origin, wrapper, ect. ? Personally, I'm fond of a more full body smoke, usually robusto sized Padrons or Rocky Patels but lately I've been testing the waters with other (less expensive) brands and new flavours. Plus, it gives me an semi-valid excuse to buy boxes of new cigars, thankfully I have a very understanding wife who supports this addiction. Who would have thought that having a couple of empty cigar boxes lying around and a desire to add new dimensions of sound to my band would have led to this? I guess I'm doomed for life...ha,ha.

Keep rocking the CBG.

Well, I quit smoking about 15 years ago. But this past year, smelling cigar boxes, got to admit I had to try a few. I only buy individuals, but wanted to try a few of the brands, that I have boxes for. Only tried a few, but Ashton and Arturo Fuente have been my favorite so far. The second one I tried was when I was camping this summer. It was some kind with a JP in the name. Can't remember, but I know I got sick. Had to waste a good Rib steak I was cooking over a grill, had to got bed. The first time I have ever got sick from smoking anything. But I didn't let it discourage me. I've tried and enjoyed several since.

Glad you asked, this is something I have been wondering also.
I light up a cigar or two on the weekends. I just buy the single sticks at the local tobacco shop. It's my way of moderating how many I smoke. I used to have a humidor, but it was just too tempting having them right there. My favorite lately has been Cusano 18. They're only 5 bucks for a churchill size, and the flavor is pretty good. My all-time favorite has to be Ashton Magnums. A bit pricey, but worth it.
Hey Steve,
One my local smoke shops had Cusano's on sale buy get one free so I stocked up. Not a bad smoke.
I love what's on the Brit's boxes -- "SMOKING KILLS"

So you know what you should do if you pajamas catch fire? Slow down. [rimshot]

"I gave up cigarettes last year, but I haven't given up smokin'!"

Heh.
I don't smoke, but sometimes consider taking it up so I can get my hands on a Rum Runner box and a Gurhka Expedition one, too.
My new favorite is the Acid cigar line. They're smooth, relatively inexpensive, and the boxes are cool too.
Me I do usually the cheaper ones but will buy individuals of the better ones when i am buying boxes
I do, normally I smoke cigarettes, Drum RYO. I like the occasional cigar. I like a Monte Cristo Peruvian Especial No. 2.

Davidoff cigars are also very good. I personally, like Miami Suites Amaretto flavored cigars. The only problem is the little box they come in is no godd for CBGs.
The little boxes can make nice little CBG Christmas ornaments :)

Mmmmm I like La Flor Coronado, CAO Crillo, Ashton cigars, to name a few. The Alec Bradley Tempus cigar went nicely with some Tommy Gun tequila (neat). Kristoff Ligero is a nice smoke too. Paul Garmirian (PG) are great too.

The local tobac shop I frequent gives away boxes for free. Because I'm there often, they don't mind when I walk out each time with a few empties. The coolest one so far is for a Graycliff "Chairman" cigar. It has "CHAIRMAN" in huge letters stamped on the side of the box. I think I already have a name for that CBG when it's done!
