When you are using CA glue, remember that you can get both liquid and gel.... liquid is great for filling voids, but is can be messy... be sure you have done your finish work before you use it.... it will seal the work and keep stain from getting in leaving a "blotch" in your finish,

gel is great for appingy to a small part that has to be placed by hand. It stays in place and if you don't use too much, you won't be sticking the part to your fingers, like you can using liquid CA....

i have used elmer's and titebond and they both work fine...would like to try makin some hide glue sometime, and just used CA glue for the first time today. i glued a couple of loose frets on my buddies guitar and that stuff worked slicker 'n sh#!
