piezo pickups

I purchased some pre wired  peizo pickups ,volume and jacks from a place like...... the blues something or other on E bay. The pickup was imbedded in a couple of slices of thin wood and the name was burned on the wood. Very nice but I can't seem to find them. I'm not quite sure about making my own although I have all the skills soldering etc. Just don't know the exact parts to get. Can it all be bought at Radio shack? thanks

Not sure of the place that made the one you bought, but they are simple enough to make. Yes, you can get the piezos at Radio Shack, or you can buy the stuff from CB Gitty, who sponsors this site.
