I've been searching around for an amp that would work well and sound good with my CBG.  I looks hard at Gitty's cigar box amps and a variety of others.  After watching and listening to seems like hundreds of Youtubes, I settled on the Vox Mini3.  3 watts, 11 amp styles modeled, good effects, battery powered, will take a mic also.  Seems to be just what I need.

It's supposed to be here Thursday (2 days).  If anyone is interested I'll be happy to post a follow-up on how it works for me.  I'll be playing a piezo pickup CBG, a single coil pickup CBG and a less interesting 6 string.  Should be fun.

Sounds cool.  I ended up with a Jay Turser AC/DC amp with a rechargeable battery.  It sounds better with my CBGs than my Fenders, Epiphones, etc.   Plus, it was only $69.00 off of eBay!
