Location of the amp jack
Where is the best place to locate the amp jack? I like to play sitting down and under the neck seems to work best for me.

Somewhere strong and where the lead will not interfere with your playing is usually the places most go for - at the tail end of the box is a popular spot, or on the face of the lid tucked away in the corner, assuming you have a right-angled jack plug it will not interfere when you're doing your Pete Townshend "windmill" strokes.. !
