Glue neck to inside of lid or little space between lid & neck?

Anyone have any opinions on this as far as sound goes?

hey just throw the through body design out the window. make it like a real acoustic! the sound is better, though a little more complex the cool factor is there. hey then put a nice deep hand spun cone in it!!
