Cigar box banjo

Hi folks,

new here and have never built anything!

I would like to build a 5 string cigar box banjo and would like to build from a kit the first time and then advance to building from scratch after I aquire some skills.

Any info on finding a cigar box 5 string banjo kit. I found a page called papa's boxed but the banjo links are all dead end links. Any other to suggest?

try tiny guitars, search this site or fb.  Tiny's (Jay)  a great guy who builds awesome and sells for VERY reasonable prices.  But he might evangelise on you a little.  :)
