I shouldn't think so for £35.00 new - you get what you pay for, have a look at the Ampegs :-)

Keep looking at second hand.  I got one of these Ashdown T15-180 Limited Edition (15-inch speaker, 180Watt) amps in mint condition for £50 on eBay a few months back.  Look for bad listings that are collection only.

what he means by bad listings is that you have to pick up which means you could travel a hundred miles to pick it up .

where as it can be cheaper to pay for postage.

so that is what bad listing is.

a hundred miles might not be much to you guys who have nice long straight roads.

but for us it could take up to 2 hrs just to get there.

It's listings that would not show up under most peoples searches.  For example, if everyone is searching for 'Ashdown Bass Amp' and someone lists one as just 'old amp', 'collection only'  Location: USA, it will go cheaper.  There are sites that will search for items that are close to you, pick-up only or even mis-spelled listings. If people don't take the time to compile an accurate listing, the item may sell cheaply.

This is a site that I've found that covers the USA.  The one I use is UK only.  The 'more searches' link gives more options than the home page does.

Look for bad listings that are collection only.

the problem is that most are down south...to far.
