How to stop videos from auto-play

 Does anybody know how to stop your videos from autoplay in your video page? Mine scare the crap out of me when I am not paying attention. I tried to find it in the forums and search to no avail, but I really suck at search.

Ray I don't know how to stop auto play but I know how it feels when it made me jump out of my chair. I just mute it at the sound icon in the YT video. I also make sure it is muted at the YouTube site.
