I can't believe that I'm the "ONLY" person in Florida that makes CBG's!! The other secret society for the state hasn't had activity in 4yrs! Is there another website? I've seen CBGs at craft fairs, so they must be brought in by "Yankee snowbirds" LOL This is pathetic!!

Hey Kool Dog,I saw that post from 4 years ago and wondered about it too, but now there is two of us.I am up in the panhandle, otherwise known as LA (Lower Alabama)! Been playing the dulcimer for quite a while, recently found out about and got hooked on CBG's and having a great time. Art

Thank God! A voice in the wilderness. I'm in Spring Hill area. Welcome aboard!

I thought that meant leaving Alabama! Icant belive people are too Damn busy to say hi. It almost seems like there was a CB builders/ players rapture in the state. Send me a friend request. I'm looking into how to start a group.

Thanks Picker. I did a search previously and cam up with a few people. 1 went trough the first 30 pages for people in my immediate area and it was almost creepy. They hadn't posted or "if" they did their last post was 2012. What happened in 2012, "The Great Purge"? Wow, it's friggen strange! I'm starting to worry if there's a serial CB stalker out there! LOL

Yeah , some folks just join and lurk , some join and go on to other things . etc etc.. As for  starting a group . members can no longer start one here   due to many repeats etc .. but you can put in a request to cb gitty  if you have a good idea for one that  does not already exist .

ps .. there IS a Florida group https://cigarboxnation.com/group/Florida?

hope that helps .

That's the group I was referring to, no activity sense 2015! The kick in the ass about the whole thing is, THERE'S NOBODY OUT THERE? with the exception of one soul who had the decency to contact me, wow! Unreal!!

They are out there , just a matter of being on  and seeing your post before it rolls off the front page . etc etc . and other variables .  but hey .. till then ...  Hi from Canada  ;-)

LOL The biggest majority of Floridians are either from Canada or N.Y. I've lived in Fla most of my life and I belive I can count the number of dyed in the wool, notified born here "crackers" that I have met on both hands. So hi back. I'm not wanting an exclusive club, just trying to find people in my immediate area. I know there's 2 because were in competition for the good CB at the local smoke shop.

Another FL boy here. Only been building and playing for about 6 months though. I live in Palm Harbor. Just south of Tarpon Springs and north of Clearwater. Been in Fl for about 47 years. Wife is a native so there are some around.

I lived on county rd 1 and Tampa rd before moving to spring hill. I go to Palm "Harlem" at least once a month. As a matter of fact I'm at a friend's house in crystal beach behind dairy rich. Friend me and send me your #.
