Yup, Nancy and RTZ.  That photo and bible verse go down very nicely tonight.  

Beautiful autumn day here with the trees at the height of their autumn glory.   I got out and hiked Iowa's Loess hills with an old friend.   Got my mood and heart rate WAY up.

Alan, thank you and I know exactly what you mean on the modern REPETITIVE worship songs.  I do not like them.  

The blues usually repeats something 2-3 times, and I am good with that.  But 5-10 times is too much!

Great hymn, Uncle John! Brings to mind Johnny Cash.

I'm getting old enough now (44) that the hymns I love to sing & hear seem to be getting replaced more & more with repetitive praise & worship songs(or rewritten hymns, a la Chris Tomlin). And that's just disappointing.
